📗 From the directory

Each week we shine a light on one local group or service from our directories. This week it's the Sunbury & Shepperton History Society.

If you've ever wondered why Shepperton looks the way it does, these are the people to ask. The society meets on the third Tuesday of the month, September to May, at Halliford School for talks on our local history. It also looks after an archive of old maps and photographs of the area.

Their next talk is on Tuesday 20th October. Find out more at sslhs.org.uk.
